Confirmed COPD diagnosis: Post-brochodilator FEV1/FVC <0.7

Dyspnea that is:

• Progressive
• Worse with exercise
• Persistent

Chronic cough: may be intermittent and may be unproductive

Current/previous smoker

Family hx of COPD
